"CIE Tours was great! The driver, our guide, Jim, was outstanding funny and knowledgeable. The food and organized experiences were so much fun. We really enjoyed the Merry Plough Boys experience and the medieval dinner (Schawn and I were King and Queen for the night...that was fun.) The accommodations were great! Uniworld: Amsterdam to Basel

"Dan and I returned home from our trip last evening and we wanted to express our sincere appreciation for everything you did to make the whole adventure easy and painless. From the pick-up in Amsterdam to the river cruise to the train rides in Switzerland, everything worked out so well. Flying Delta was absolutely perfect. They took such good care of us and flying economy plus was just right for us. There was a nice amount of legroom, and we enjoyed having the 2 seats together for us. Truly, their staff was top notch from the ladies at the check-in counters to the flight attendants and pilots....I would highly recommend them to your clients. And I would fly them again to Europe. 

Thank you for the beautiful flowers and champagne in our stateroom on the river Queen! They lasted the entire trip. Since I have not done a river cruise before, I have nothing to compare it with, but Uniworld was outstanding in their staff and amenities. One complaint we had was our shower.....they had a pump that was out. The stateroom was adequate in size, and we loved being able to open the window and then have a screen to leave it open at night. The food was mostly good.... a few cold things but lots of options. 

The Pulitzer hotel was awesome. Loved the location.... great staff.

The Montana was a great location...didn't care for the bed we had....but a beautiful hotel.

Riding the trains was a lot of fun! We figured them out pretty easily and used them in Zurich. Now we have a sense of how it can work over there. 

Truly, for our first trip to Europe. we couldn't have asked for a better way to travel. You made it easy and safe, and we just want you to know how much we appreciated all you did for us!

"Thank you for such an awesome trip. The scenery to Denali on the train was great, the bus was fun, seeing the mountain was lucky. The Glacier Bay experience was amazing. The food was generally great. Some observations... the Pinnacle grill was disappointing; the main dining room and other food areas were great. The Neptune suite for us was fantastic and the Neptune lounge was wonderful.

​Room 7008 had some type of mechanical noise above it. We all had cocktails there and it was bad. The stop at Haines was a waste. Restaurants and shops were closed. They told us that we should go to Skagway, the town for tourists. We had a fishing trip scheduled and we had 27-30 pounds of Halibut fillets. The shipping people in town would not ship them because she said it was getting to the end of the season and she did not want to order any more shipping boxes. We had to give the fish away.

One of the perks that made the trip a delight was the laundry service. Convenient and competent.

Our room steward was so good that most of us wanted to bring him home. The Neptune lounge ladies were very helpful and made daily life feel opulent.

Minor complaints. the hotel in Anchorage was minimal. More like camping out in a motel 6. The train crew was entertaining and very competent. The bus drivers were all good entertainers while driving.

Overall, we had a wonderful time. We will do cruises again."

"Thanks so much! Tauck offers an unbeatable experience! We even had a dinner at a Vienna palace and were treated to world-class performances by members from the Viennese orchestra, ballet and opera! We had a similar evening in Prague. Tauck arranges terrific excursions and follows up with experiential events, like the palace dinners. We were formally ushered along the way but also given free tim after guided tours and such. We even got to meet and visit with families in their homes while in Durnstein-- Extraordinary! Furthermore, there was no shortage of excellent food and drinks. They even featured local beers, wines, liquors. The MS Joy was an immaculate, elegant ship and our cabins had plenty of room. This trip was unforgettable! Thanks again for the arrangements and the limp trips. What a way to cap an excellent trip!"

"Greetings from Kearney, NE. I am writing this email to provide some brief feedback on a recent travel experience I had with one of your consultants, Susan Jasnoch. This summer I led a group of 33 students an adults to the Czech Republic for 12 days for a study abroad program. Susan handled the airline reservations for our entire group, and we were all incredibly pleased with our airline experiences. Given the size of our group reservation, and some varying needs of our travels, Susan was able to put together the perfect flight schedule for us that allowed all of our travelers to arrive and depart as a group. She was always quick to respond to questions I had, and was very easy to work with when we made a couple of last minute changes to our list of travelers. Also, the ability to purchase travel insurance through her was an added benefit that many of us took advantage of. 

I would highly recommend Susan to other travelers, whether it's individual travel, family travel or large groups like the one I just took overseas. After working with Susan on this group trip, I actually asked her to help me with a personal trip to Mexico this summer also, and again, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful."

Mediterranean: Ocenaia, 2012- What I did on my summer vacation! 1. Oceania was excellent. The cabin upgrade was worth it (among other things, butler service-afternoon canapes, ice refills), space for a small dining table. The upgrade also meant 2 nights at each of the 2 speciality restaurants, which was nice, even though the main dining room was excellent. The wine package was surprisingly good and not stingy (I gained 5 pounds). 2. I'd never had a private guide before. It was essential at Ephesus and lunch at their home was neat. A different guide in Istanbul was also very good. .....The hotel in Istanbul was within walking distance of most sites....it was worth it and more convenient than the earlier choices. High marks, thanks for your help!

Alaska: Princess, 2012- Just wanted to tell you how much the entire family enjoyed the cruise. The weather was cool, but we avoided rain, even though it was forecast. None of the kids or grandkids had ever been on a cruise ship, so the Star Princess was a very special treat. The teenagers soon had the run of the ship, I think Princess Lines may fave to file Chapter 11 given the amount of food grandson Nick (19) put down. It was pretty amazing! ...Our suite was fantastic. I'm spoiled-that's the only way to travel. Thank you for suggesting we do that. Everyone loved to hang out there with us, especially the two older grandchildren. Our 6 year old granddaughter love the ship's Kid Zone. She would beg to go there first thing in the morning and was reluctant to come out when we went to get her. They really do a good job with the younger kids. We also appreciated the gift credits from you. They, of course, were well used! All in all, we had an extremely successful two week plus. Thanks so much for your assistance. Everything went like clockwork.

Alaska: Celebrity, 2011- The trip was wonderful and we enjoyed every facet of it. the highlight for me was the Hubbard Glacier! The food was outstanding, and we are now on a strict diet. We also loved the train trip from Seward to Anchorage. Shore Trips-great! You can see that we had a super time, and we thank you again for setting up everything so perfectly. Finally, the shocker of our trip came when we received two bottles of champagne, a dozen of the best truffles I've ever had, and a huge heart of rose petals on our bed. Alaska: Holland America, 2011- First of all a big thank you for the gorgeous yellow roses which were awaiting us in the cabin. They lasted the entire cruise. We also enjoyed our dinner in the Pinnacle Grill very much. But best of all, the cabin was fantastic as was the location directly across from the Nepturn Lounge. I adored being able to slip out of the cabin in my bare feet and get a latte whenever I wanted. The weather, surprisingly, was perfect. Clear, sunny and warm at all ports, including Seattle. We enjoyed staying at the Fairmont and we were happy to have arrived there on Friday so we could spend time with family before departing on the cruise. On Saturday, we had a marvelous Mariner's brunch and we were seated next to the captain. Very interesting conversation. As you can see, we went ahead and put a deposit down on the Black Sea cruise for September, 2012...Again, thanks for all of your efforts-we appreciate the wonderful assistance that we receive from you.

The cabin was very nice..........the staff was friendly and helpful and we did not feel that the ship had around 1200 passengers. We were pleasantly surprised that we could have breakfast in our cabin without extra charge and we also like the afternoon tea. Mediterranean Cruise: Crystal Cruises 2001 Just wanted to thank you for all the things you did conerning our trip to the Mediterranean on the Crystal Symphony! th ere are so many things...the first floor toom at the American Hotel so we didn't have to go up the steps.....the........the stateroom that was close to the elevator, with a good view out the verandah (no life boat below like otherers on that deck). We especially enjoyed the paella party (Select Experience) in Palma! Highlight of the trip. It was fun shopping for unknown ingredients (written in Spanish).
